The membership of Latinos Unidos Del Norte Louisiana, LULAC Council 16001, and the board of Cinco de Mayo, Inc., are committed to the establishment of a leadership program for the growing Latin population of Shreveport/Bossier. Through a series of summits held in conference rooms, camps, and on college campuses, La Cima Louisiana imparts leadership and life skills to Latino youth in the Ark-La-Tex. La Cima Louisiana transforms our world's next generation of leaders by educating, inspiring, and instilling in them ethical and principled leadership values, attitudes, and skills. Students develop personal insight and leave equipped with more courage, compassion, and competence to serve their communities and make their dreams reality.
